We are required by law to have 180 days of instruction and we have to make up the work stoppage days. Therefore, the following days will be make-up days for 3 snow days and 9 days for a total of 12 days. June 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th all personnel will report to work. June 4-7 students will not attend due to accumulated instructional minutes. We will not be using make-up days the week of Spring Break. June 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th will be professional development days. June 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th will be used to staff develop teachers on the new math program. This will prevent us using preschool days for this staff development. The other days will be made up on May 22, 23, 24,25,29,30, 31 and June 1. The last day for students will be June 1. June 8th will be a closeout day for staff. We do understand that some employees may have paid for vacations already. Please provide verification to your principal or supervisor of the paid vacation. Please work with your principals or supervisor when it comes to being off on any of these days we are making up. Personal days will have to be used. Students and families will have vacations already paid for as well at the end of the year. Please work with your families to accommodate their vacations. These will be excused absences.
